When Will you deliver and pick up?

We typically deliver the day before and pickup the day after your event. Same day delivery and pickup are available, may incur additional costs.

What is required for set up?

Our trailers require a flat, dry ground, as well as both power and water. Power needs are: 1-3 dedicated 20amp 110v outlets (depending on the weather) or a 3000 watt generator. Water needs are a standard garden hose hookup. We recommend having both of these available within 50-75ft of the trailer. If power and water are not available, we are able to provide both at an additional cost.

Do you offer site visits?

Yes, we are happy to visit any location to make sure your event goes off without a hitch. Fees could incur based off distance.

What size trailer do I need?

There are many factors that go into getting the correct size trailer. Guest count, duration of event, and location all play factors into this decision. We are happy to help guide you on determining the best size for your event.

No, we will bring all necessary equipment needed to make sure the trailer gets setup properly.
